      DaVinchy.Art Design Portal Instructions

      General Custom Designs

       
      After placing your order, our design team will promptly contact you with detailed instructions to kickstart the process. If not specified otherwise (such as for district purchases, corporate sponsor purchases, or foundation template purchases), they will guide you through logging into our art portal and submitting essential items like digital files, school logos, colors, and any creative preferences you may have. Feel free to share your vision with us. This initial step typically lasts around 15-20 minutes.

      Here's what is needed to create your design:

      1. Invoice Number or PF#
      2. Contact Info
      3. High Resolution Logo or mascot (.png, .jpg or vector like .eps, .ai file)

       Step 1: Pick a Design

      There are multiple design options available for you to choose from. Simply click on Dav’Inchy Designs in the menu above to begin!

      If you don't find something you like, no worries! Our design team is here to help bring your vision to life. Simply provide us with your logo, text, and preferred colors, and Dav’Inchy will work with you to create a customized design that meets your needs. Additionally, you can browse through our gallery for inspiration and ideas to help guide the design process. We are dedicated to ensuring that you are satisfied with the final product, and are here to assist every step of the way.

      Step 2: Explore the Configurator

      1. Add background colors
      2. Effects
      3. Stock text designs
      4. Add your own text
      5. Add a logo or mascot

      Don't see your exact colors?

      Do you best to pick the colors that are closest to what you need. Leave a note when you submit your design and ask Dav’Inchy to match your colors.

      Step 3: Format Your Design

       

      Tip: Don’t worry if you're design is not perfect. Just leave a note at checkout...

      We Center logo’s, Take out backgrounds, fix colors. Our design team will make it happen.

      Step 4: Checkout

       

      From there, our design team will create your first proof, and send it over for approval. We will not take anything to print without your approval, and are able to make revisions beyond proof number 1.
